This series of paintings is inspired by a park near my home, The Milwaukee County Grounds. I had been painting abstractly for a few years but I missed drawing. These paintings are a melding of abstract and realistic subject matter.
Most of these paintings are done in acrylics on a panel. The panel has a cradle on the back that is approximately 1.25” thick. They come wired and ready to hang right out of the box. All you need is a nail.
